Volunteer Engagement
Through her organizational work as Director of Volunteer Resources for the American Red Cross in Greater New York and for AARP nationally, and her role as Senior Associate for Volunteerism for United Way of America, Heller Key developed a passion for and expertise in the effective engagement of volunteers. Volunteer engagement is a part of the work of most nonprofit clients — these clients focus deeply on building the volunteer management capacity of professionals and agencies locally and nationwide.
